Salman Khan blackbuck poaching case LIVE UPDATES: The Jodhpur District and Sessions Court is on Saturday anticipated that would articulate its request on the safeguard supplication of performing artist Salman Khan, who was indicted in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case by a lower court on Thursday. Salman was condemned to five years detainment for murdering two blackbucks in Kankani town, close Jodhpur, amid the shooting of “Murmur Saath Hain”.
The bail plea order is likely to be announced between 2.45 pm – 3 pm.
Salman’s direction on Friday moved a request of in the court for safeguard and suspension of sentence. The hearing was dismissed yesterday, and conceded to today after region and sessions judge Ravindra Kumar Joshi called for records relating to the trial court judgment. “The court tuned in to the contentions of the resistance and has now requested every one of the records with respect to this case from the trial court that articulated the sentence yesterday. The hearing will begin again on Saturday morning,” open prosecutor Pokhar Ram Bishnoi said on Friday.
The performing artist has burned through two evenings in Jodhpur Central Jail in the midst of tight security. Other than a five-year imprison term, Salman was forced a fine of Rs 10,000.
